Corso picks the Huskies

Lee Corso has picked the Washington Huskies over the Utah Utes in his College GameDay pick. He’s 6-2 this season with his picks.

The Huskies are the fourth ranked team, while the Utes are the 17th ranked team. They kick off at 3:30 pm EST.

Corso normally likes the home underdogs. However, the Utes are a 10 point underdog at home.

The Huskies come into this game with a perfect 7-0 record. The Utes are 7-1 and they only lost to the Cal Bears on October 1st. They lost that game 28-23.

The Utes are 9-1 in their last game with the loss only coming to the Bears. The Huskies have won their past 10 games.

The Huskies have blown out their past three opponents. They have scored a 155 points against the Stanford Cardinal, the Oregon Ducks and the Oregon State Beavers. Those three have only scored 44 points in 12 quarters.

The Utes have had three close games with the UCLA Bruins, Beavers and the Arizona Wildcats. Their last two wins have been by less than 10 points. They defeated the Wildcats by 13 points.

The Huskies have won two of their past games with the Utes. However, the Utes won 34-23 last season. The Huskies won their November 10, 2012 meeting 34-15. On October 1st, 2011, the Huskies won 31-14.
