Preview: #15 Utah @ Arizona State

On Thursday night, #15 Utah Utes faces the Arizona State Sun Devils. The Utes come into this game with a 7-2 record, while the Sun Devils are 5-4.

Utah has a 3-1 record on the road. Arizona State has a 4-1 record at Sun Devil Stadium. The game will be broadcasted on Fox Sports 1 at 9:30 pm EST.

Each team has traded wins in the past two games of this series. The Utah won last year, before the Sun Devils won in 2014.

In the past nine games in this series, the Sun Devils won eight time. Utah’s only win came last year.

Arizona State’s win streak spanned from Oct. 12, 1985 when they won the first game of the series 34-27. Then it ended on Oct. 17, 2015 when Utah won 34-18.

The Utes come into this game with a one-game losing streak. They were defeated by the Washington Huskies 31-24 on Oct. 29.

They haven’t won a game since Oct. 22 when the Utes beat the UCLA Bruins 52-45.

The Sun Devils are on a three-game losing streak. They were beat by the Oregon Ducks, Washington State Cougars and the Colorado Buffaloes.

Arizona State hasn’t won a game since Oct. 8 when they beat the Bruins 23-20.

The Utes are averaging 29.2 points per game. The Sun Devils are averaging 35.7 points.

Utah is averaging 426.7 yards, while they’re giving up 365.4. Arizona State is averaging 395.1 yards, but they’re giving up 513.6.

Troy Williams leads the Utes with 1,888 yards. He has nine touchdowns and five interceptions.

Joe Williams has 758 rushing yards and six touchdowns. Tim Patrick has 501 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

Manny Wilkins leads the Sun Devils attack with 1,421 yards. He had six touchdowns and five interceptions.

Demario Richard has 532 yards and three touchdowns. Tim White has 573 receiving yards.
