Preview: Ohio @ Central Michigan

On Tuesday night, the Ohio Bobcats face the Central Michigan Chippewas. The Bobcats are 7-3, while the Chippewas are 5-5.

The Bobcats are 4-1 on the road this season. The Chippewas are 3-2 at Kelly Shorts Stadium. The game will be broadcasted on ESPN2 at 7 pm EST.

The Chippewas has won the past two games in this series. Central Michigan has outscored Ohio 54-33 in those two games.

Ohio hasn’t defeated Central Michigan since Nov. 10, 2011 when they won 43-28.

In the past 10 games in this series, the Chippewas has won seven times. Besides the 2011 win, Ohio also won 34-3 on Oct. 13, 2001 and 52-3 on Oct. 21, 2000.

The Bobcats come into this game with a three-game win streak. They have beat the Buffalo Bulls, Toledo Rockets and the Kent State Golden Flashes.

Ohio hasn’t lost since Oct. 15 when they lost 27-20 to the Eastern Michigan Eagles.

The Chippewas has lost their past three games. They were defeated by the Miami (Ohio) RedHawks, the Golden Flashes and the Rockets.

On Oct. 15, Central Michigan won 34-28 over the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The Bobcats are averaging 29.3 points per game. The Chippewas are scoring 28.4

Ohio is averaging 419.7 yards per game. They’re giving up 380.5.

Central Michigan is averaging 407.2 yards per game. They’re giving up 361.9.

Greg Windham leads the Bobcats attack with 1,366 yards. He has nine touchdowns and three interceptions.

Dorian Brown has 656 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Sebastian Smith has 703 receiving yards and four touchdowns.

Cooper Rush leads the Chippewas attack with 2,775 yards. He has 21 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Devon Spalding has 652 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Corey Willis has 790 receiving yards and nine touchdowns.
