Mason leads #3 Jayhawks over the Horned Frogs

The #3 Kansas Jayhawks defeated the TCU Horned Frogs, 86-80, at Ed and Ray Schollmaier Arena. 

The Jayhawks improved to 12-1. The Horned Frogs dropped to 11-2. 

Frank Mason III led the Jayhawks with 22 points, four rebounds, seven assists and two steals. Landen Lucas had 15 points, 17 rebounds and an assist. Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk contributed 12 points, three rebounds, three assists and a steal.

Fellow starters Devonté Graham and Josh Jackson combined for 15 points. Graham also had two rebounds and six assists. Jackson had two rebounds and three assists. 

Kansas had 22 bench points. Lagerald Vick led these players with 17 points, two rebounds and a block. 

The Jayhawks were 8-of-22 from three-point range. Mykhailiuk went 3-of-5 from beyond the arc. 

Vladimir Brodziansky led the Horned Frogs with 28 points, nine rebounds and three blocks. Kenrich Williams added 11 points, 11 rebounds and two assists. Alex Robinson contributed 10 points, four assists, a block and two assists. 

Fellow starters JD Miller and Jaylen Fisher combined for 12 points. Miller also had eight rebonds, two assists, a block and a steal. Fisher had a rebound and nine assists. 

TCU had 19 bench points. Brandon Parrish led these players with nine points and a rebound. 

The Horned Frogs were 7-of-18 from three-point range. Parrish was 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.
