On Monday night, the Street Outlaws season finale will air on The Discovery Channel. It is entitled “Put Up for Your City” and will air from 9 pm to 11 pm EST.

In the show, the Oklahoma City street racers will face racers from New York, Detroit, and California. According to The Discovery Channel, “Chief decides to organize a first of its kind team race off. Detroit, New York, and California each bring a team to compete against the 405. Five of the 405’s OG racers step up to prove that OKC has the fastest group of street racers in the country.’”

“There are unexpected events and a lot of money floating around,” Oklahoma City’s own Derek Travis said. “Side bets were going like crazy.”

In the last episode, the OKC crew went to Memphis to face their racers led by Jonathan “JJ Da Boss” Day. The Monday night episode will be the 11th of season eight.

In the season seven finale, which aired on June 20, 2016, Justin “Big Chief” Shearer faced Farmtruck for the No. 10 spot in the Crowmod. Shearer and The Crowmod will likely be one of the five cars racing in the team race off that will air this evening.

The last time the Oklahoma City crew faced the Detroit crew, Shearer crashed his Crow when he was hit by Brian “Chucky” Davis. The show aired on June 4, 2016.

The actual crash happened on Nov. 14, 2015. On the same episode of the crash, which aired in June, Big Chief was still recovering from the crash and looked at his totaled Crow for the first-time.

Oklahoma City has not faced California on the show since episode 42 in season five on the eighth show called “Angel City Danger.” The 405 went to California to face racers from Los Angeles.

There was tension that led to a heated exchange on race night, including a brawl. It was also season five and episode six that the 405 faced New York.

On “To Be 1 or Not to Be 1,” Big Chief had a Nationwide Callout. Petey Smallblock, who represented New York and the Northeast, took part in the show.

Smallblock is also expected to be a part of Monday’s show.
