The Smackdown Live! Show took place at The Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio. The fight card began with Randy Orton defeating his fellow Wyatt Family member Luke Harper.

Bray Wyatt watched the match from his rocking chair and saw Orton pick up the win after hitting Harper with the RKO.

Following the match, Wyatt shook hands with Orton. After offering Harper a hand and helping him up, Wyatt hit Harper with Sister Abigail. Orton and Wyatt then left Harper in the ring.

Mojo Rawley won the Battle Royal for an opportunity to be in Sunday’s Royal Rumble from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Rawley was the last man standing, as he eliminated Fandango first, then his Breezango teammate Tyler Breeze next to win.

The participants in the match were Breezango, The Ascension, Heath Slater and Rhyno, The VaudeVillians and Curt Hawkins.

Dolph Ziggler quickly dismissed Kalisto with a superkick. He then threatened to attack Kalisto with a chair, but John Bradshaw Layfield stood up for him.

JBL was not the only one, as Apollo Crews also came out and stopped Ziggler.

In the final match, Dean Ambrose retained his WWE Intercontinental Championship in a Lumberjack match over The Miz, who was looking to get his hands on his belt for the seventh-time. After the lumberjacks came into the ring and brawled with each other, Ambrose hit the Dirty Deeds on The Miz for the win.
