Once Andrew Bogut is bought out by the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday, he’s expected to sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers. He will sign a veterans minimum deal with the team for the rest of the season.
Bogut was included in the Dallas Mavericks and 76ers trade on Thursday. Bogut, Justin Anderson and a top-18 protected first-round pick went to the Sixers for Nerlens Noel.
The first-round pick will likely become two second-round picks because the Mavericks have the seventh-worst record.
Bogut will be the second veteran that is expectef to be signed for their stretch run. Deron Williams, once he is bought out by the Mavericks, will also sign with the Cavaliers.
