Kevin Owens came out to lead the SmackDown Live! Show from the TD Garden in Boston, Mass. As the newest member of the blue brand roster. After insulting America, Baron Corbin came out – and said Owens cannot beat him.

Then, as Corbin said, he’s owed a title shot, Owens former best friend Sami Zayn came out to the ring. Corbin said nobody cares that you’re here to Zayn, then AJ Styles – the face that runs the place – came out.

Styles said this is about him. This is the place that Styles built. Shortly thereafter, general manager Daniel Bryan came out and said the United States Championship will not be officially on the Blue brand until after the April 30 Payback pay-per-view.

He then made a three-way match for the No. 1 contender to end the show. It’s Corbin vs. Zayn vs. Styles.

Randy Orton got the disqualification win over Erick Rowan – and his former Wyatt Family member – after Rowan hit him with the steel steps.

The Usos then defeated American Alpha. After the match, The Shining Stars (Primo and Epico) attacked American Alpha.

Mojo Rawley then defeated newest arrival Jinder Mahal. Mahal was not pleased that Rob Gronkowski was in attendance, so he went over to him.

Mahal, who threw a drink at Gronk’s previously injured shoulder at WrestleMania 33 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla., got a beer in the face by the New England Patriots tight end. A short time later, Rawley got the win.

Shane McMahon, the SmackDown Live! Commissioner, then addressed the SmackDown Live Women’s Division. McMahon then introduced Tamina – but the crowd in attendance was not pleased with her addition.

He then announced that Charlotte Flair was going to the blue brand, which the crowd was happy with.

Tye Dillinger defeated Aiden English. Dillinger used the Tye Breaker to get the win.

Lana is going to SmackDown Live. It must mean that Rusev will be joining her in the blue brand when he’s ready to come back.

The New Day is also coming over to the Blue brand. Right now, it’s going to be Xavier Woods and Big E until Kofi Kingston gets ready again.

Dolph Ziggler and Shinsuke Nakamura had a segment. However, they did not compete against each other.

Styles is the No. 1 contender after hitting Zayn with The Phenomenal Forearm to get the win.
