The Seattle Seahawks are expected to re-sign fullback Marcel Reece. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has already confirmed the news.

Reece is a late signing as training camp has already started for many teams around the country.

He finished last season with the Seahawks. Reece began last season with the Oakland Raiders prior to his late-September release.

The Seahawks are one of only a few teams, who actually carry a fullback anymore. Reece is expected to compete with undrafted free agent Algie Brown for the starting job.

The 32-year-old has been in the NFL since 2009. He was with the Raiders up until last season.

In Seattle, he had five receptions for 73 yards. He also had two carries for zero yards.
