The No. 24 Florida Gators received a miracle late in their game on Saturday. A wild 63-yard Reception gave the Gators a 26-20 win over the No. 23 Tennessee Volunteers at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Florida.
Gators head coach Jim McElwain was being criticized late for bad clock management. He let 24 seconds go off the clock, before calling a timeout.
Following the timeout, Gators freshman quarterback Feleipe Franks threw a deep 63-yard pass to wide receiver Tyrie Cleveland, who made the game-winning reception for the touchdown in the end zone. Cleveland, a former track competitor, admitted that the reception was longest he’s ever ran in his life in the CBS Sports interview.

Gators quarterback Feleipe Franks went 18 of 28 for 212 yards. He had two touchdown passes and one interception.
Lamical Perine had 11 carries for 55 yards. Cleveland had five receptions for 93 yards and a touchdown.
Volunteers quarterback Quinten Dormady went 21 of 39 for 259 yards. He had one touchdown pass and three interceptions.
John Kelly had 19 carries for 141 yards and one touchdown. Kelly also had six receptions for 96 yards.
Florida outscored Tennessee 20-17 in the second half. All 37 points came in the fourth quarter.
Gators’ C.J. Henderson picked off Dormady and returned it for a 16-yard interception returned for a touchdown. Franks hit Brandon Powell for a five-yard touchdown reception.
Franks also hit Cleveland for the aforementioned game-winning 63-yard touchdown reception.

Vols’ Kelly scored on a 34-yard rushing touchdown. Dormady hit Ethan Wolf for a 28-yard touchdown reception.
Aaron Medley also made a 27-yard field goal.
The Gators led 6-3 at halftime. Eddy Pineiro made two field goals.
He first made a 27-yard field goal. And he also made a 41-yard field goal.
Volunteers’ Brent Cimaglia made a 51-yard field goal.
