Brown runs the Bobcats past the Rockets

The Ohio Bobcats defeated the Toledo Rockets on Wednesday night at Peden Stadium in Athens, Ohio. The Bobcats won 38-10.

The Bobcats improved to 8-2 on the season. The Rockets fell to 8-2 on the season, as well.

Bobcats quarterback Nathan Rourke went 7 of 15 for 139 yards. He also had a touchdown pass and an interception.

Rourke hit Brendan Cope for a 12-yard touchdown.

Dorian Brown led the team in rushing with 17 carries for 142 yards and two touchdowns. Rourke also had 14 carries for 115 yards and a touchdown.

Brown scored on a 62-yard touchdown run. He also scored on a one-yard run. Rourke also scored on an eight-yard touchdown.

A.J. Ouellette also had 18 carries for 70 yards and a touchdown. He scored on a six-yard touchdown.

Papi White led the receivers with three receptions for 91 yards. Cope had two receptions for 38 yards and a touchdown. Andrew Meyer also had two receptions for 13 yards.

Bobcats kicker Louie Zervos made a 44-yard field goal.

Rockets quarterback Logan Whiteside went 24 of 35 for 263 yards. He also had a touchdown pass.

Whiteside hit Diontae Johnson for a 34-yard touchdown reception.

Shakif Seymour had 11 carries for 77 yards. Terry Swanson also had six carries for nine yards.

Johnson had nine receptions for 144 yards and the touchdown. Jon’Vea Johnson also had five receptions for 60 yards.

Rockets kicker Jameson Vest made a 38-yard field goal.
