Colts’ Jackson killed by drunk driver

The Indianapolis Colts and the NFL community lost one of its own prior to Super Bowl LII. Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson lost his life on Sunday morning.

The 26-year-old was struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver. The law enforcement authorities have identified 37-year-old Alex Cabrera Gonsales as the suspected drunk driver.

After crashing into Jackson and the driver, Gonsales tried to escape the scene. He was then captured a short-time later.
