San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster cannot seem to stay out of trouble. He was arrested on Sunday and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
He was arrested for a domestic violence incident. According to jail booking records, he’s being held without bail after his arrest in Los Gators, California.
Foster was also arrested in January. He was arrested on Jan. 12th in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for second-degree marijuana possession.
In Ala., it’s a Class A misdemeanor. The state determines it’s for personal use.
He also failed a drug test at the NFL Combine after he reportedly submitted a diluted sample. He was also kicked out of the combine after having an altercation with a hospital employee.
Foster was then drafted by the 49ers in the first-round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He had 72 tackles, second on the team.
He also missed five games during his rookie campaign.
The 49ers knew that they were facing a gamble with Foster. If they take the same stance that they took former player Tramaine Brock, Foster may be facing a pink slip, too.
Brock reportedly strangled his girlfriend several times — including once when she was holding their one-year-old baby.
