Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict is facing a four-game suspension from the league. He violated their performance-enhancing drug policy.
He’s set to lose $896,470 in base salary. He’ll also lose $223,529 in his signing bonus.
Burfict has had many fines and suspensions from the league over his career. He is a repeat offender, who can’t seem to stay out of trouble.
This makes a potential trade to the Oakland Raiders even more difficult. The two sides were discussing a potential deal.
