Free agent safety Eric Reid has been complaining that he has not received any workouts for teams due to his protests. On Monday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said that Reid is set to make his first free agent visit with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals have been known to take players, who have questionable backgrounds. The 26-year-old Reid will likely have to answer questions about his protests during his visit.

Reid went off on NFL teams shortly after the draft, because he was not signed right away. He spent his entire career with the San Francisco 49ers.
He was previously the first-round pick, No. 18th overall, in the 2013 NFL Draft. He played five seasons with the 49ers.
This past season, he played 13 games. He had 67 tackles, two interceptions, and five pass deflections.
Through 57 career games, he has 251 tackles, 1.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 10 interceptions, and 35 pass deflections.

If Reid signs with the Bengals, he would have to try to start in place of two starters, who are already expected to start in 2018. George Iloka and Shawn Williams are listed as the safeties for the Bengals.
