According to our simulation, the Boston Celtics will take Game One of their Eastern Conference Finals series with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Celtics won 118-98 over the Cavaliers at TD Garden in Boston, Mass.

Without their two best players, the Celtics had to rely on a team effort. Marcus Morris led the Celtics with 17 points.
He also had four rebounds, three assists, and one steal.
Morris is one of five Boston players, who scored in double-figures. Al Horford added 16, while Jaylen Brown had 15, and Terry Rozier III had 12.
Greg Monroe also had 11 points off the bench.
The Celtics had 43 bench points. Morris led the bench with 17 points.
LeBron James led the Cavaliers with 34 points. He also had 13 rebounds, seven assists, and one steal.
James was one of three Cleveland players, who scored in double-digits. Kevin Love had 12 points, and Jeff Green contributed 11.
The Cavaliers had 25 bench points. Larry Nance Jr., who was acquired at the trade deadline in a blockbuster deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, had seven points.
