According to ESPN, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams was arrested on Saturday morning. After his arrest, he was charged with public intoxication following a car accident involving his Lamborghini.

Once the authorities were called to the scene, they found his 2017 blue Lamborghini abandoned on the side of the road after hitting a light pole near Frisco Green Ave. and Lebanon Road. The incident happened close to the Cowboys practice facility.

The incident reportedly happened around 4:45 CST. After the authorities found out that the registration belonged to Williams, they went looking for him.

He was then found close by his home on an electric bike. Immediately, he was arrested.

Since Williams was not arrested at the crash scene, it is going to be impossible for him to be charged with DUI. Yet, the authorities are reportedly ‘continuing to investigate Williams for fleeing the scene of an accident.’

He has reportedly been bailed out on a small bond. If he is charged with anything, this could potentially lead to a suspension from the NFL.

Williams — who was also born in Dallas, Texas — could have called for an Uber of Lyft with the amount of money he’s making. However, he didn’t do that.

Last season, he made 16 appearances with 14 starts. He had 53 receptions for 568 yards.

The last time he caught a touchdown reception was during the 2016 season he had four.
