Mahomes, Chiefs lead explosive offense against Bengals in SNF meeting

The Cincinnati Bengals travel to Kansas City, Missouri for their next game. They will face the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football at 8:20 pm EST on NBC.

This game was previously flexed to prime time by the NFL. It is the second straight Sunday Night Football game for the Chiefs, as they played in Foxborough, Massachusetts last Sunday against the New England Patriots.

In the game with the Patriots, the Chiefs suffered its first loss of the season. They lost 43-40 in a thrilling game.

Kansas City now has a record of 5-1 on the season and are six-point home favorites over the 4-2 Bengals in Week 7.

Patrick Mahomes II — who is in his first season as a starter — has completed 135 of 212 passes for 1,865 yards. He also has 18 touchdowns and four interceptions.

Mahomes is sixth in the league in passing yards. However, he is first in the NFL with the most touchdowns.

His 18 touchdowns best Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, who has 16 touchdown passes.

Kareem Hunt has 103 carries for 456 yards and four touchdowns. Tyreek Hill has 34 receptions for 567 yards and six touchdowns.

The Bengals could be without five players, according to the injury report. Linebacker Nick Vigil is doubtful.

Running back Giovani Bernard, Safety Shawn Williams, Linebacker Vincent Rey, and Tight End C.J. Uzomah are listed as questionable.

The Chiefs could be without two players on their defense, according to the same injury report. Linebacker Justin Houston is questionable and Safety Eric Berry is listed as doubtful.
