Bulls escape with win over RedHawks

The Buffalo Bulls defeated the Miami (Ohio) RedHawks on Tuesday night. The Bulls won 51-42 over the RedHawks at UB Stadium in Buffalo, New York.

The Bulls improved to 8-1 on the season. They are now 5-0 in conference play.

Buffalo has won four straight games.

The RedHawks fell to 3-6 on the season. They are now 3-2 within the conference.

Miami (Ohio) has now lost its last two games.

Bulls quarterback Tyree Jackson went 20 of 34 for 358 yards. He also had three touchdowns.

Jaret Patterson had 23 carries for 96 yards and a touchdown. Jackson had 10 carries for 22 yards and three touchdowns.

Anthony Johnson had eight receptions for 238 yards and three touchdowns. Tyler Mabry had four receptions for 39 yards. K.J. Osborn had four receptions for 34 yards.

RedHawks quarterback Gus Ragland went 20 of 35 for 313 yards. He also had a touchdown.

Alonzo Smith had 13 carries for 63 yards and two touchdowns. Ragland had 16 carries for 53 yards and three touchdowns. Kenny Young had nine carries for 39 yards.

Kenny Young had five receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown. Jack Sorenson had seven receptions for 94 yards. Andrew Horner had two receptions for 37 yards. Nate Becker had two receptions for 30 yards.

Buffalo scored 23 second-half points. Jackson scored on a four-yard rushing touchdown. Jackson hit Johnson for a 10-yard touchdown reception. Jaret Patterson also scored on a four-yard rushing touchdown. Following Patterson’s touchdown, Adam Mitcheson missed the extra point.

Mitcheson also made a 37-yard field goal.

Miami scored 21 second-half points. Ragland scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Ragland also hit Young for a 59-yard touchdown reception.

Smith also scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown.

The Bulls led 28-21 at halftime. Jackson hit Johnson for a 75-yard touchdown reception. Jackson also scored on a seven-yard rushing touchdown.

Jackson also scored on a five-yard rushing touchdown. Jackson hit Johnson for a 20-yard touchdown reception.

RedHawks’ Ragland had a 27-yard rushing touchdown. Smith scored on a two-yard rushing touchdown. Ragland also scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown.
