According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, all of the Washington Wizards players are available in trade scenarios. This includes stars John Wall and Bradley Beal.

The Wizards’ season is in a downward spiral. They’re looking at rebuilding. By dealing Wall and Beal, Washington likely will not receive a fair trade.

Yet, it could give them future assets they can use in the future. In addition, it would clear significant cap space, but the Wizards front office will have to receive a significant salary in return to make the deals work for the league.

The Wizards are 5-11 this season. They are presently the 11th seed in the Eastern Conference. Only the Top 8 teams would make the playoffs.

Washington suffered another setback on Sunday against the Portland Trail Blazers. They were defeated 119-109 by the Trail Blazers at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.

Beal is the most desirable trade asset the Wizards have. The former third overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft has spent his entire seven-year career in Washington.

The 25-year-old St. Louis, Missouri native has made 16 starts this season. He is averaging 21.5 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.1 blocks in 33.8 minutes per game.

Beal is making $25.4 million this season. He will be under his new team’s control for two more seasons after the 2018-19 season. He is slated to make $27 million in 2019-20 and $28.7 million in 2020-21 before becoming a free agent in the summer of 2021.

Wall is going to be tougher to deal. He is in the final year of his contract at $19 million. He has an upcoming contract extension that kicks in following this season. It is a four-year, $169 million deal that will make him a free agent in 2023.

The 28-year-old Raleigh, North Carolina native will make $37.8 million in his first season in 2019-20. Then, he will make $40.8 million in 2020-21, before making $43.8 million in 2021-22.

Wall will also have a 15% trade kicker if he’s traded during the contract. In addition, he will have a $46.8 million player option for the 2022-23 season.

He has started all 16 games this season. He is averaging 20.9 points, 3.3 rebounds, 7.9 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game in 34.8 minutes.
