Ohio State shellacked Michigan in The Game

The No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes our a beat down on the No. ; Michigan Wolverines, 62-39, at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

The Buckeyes improved to 11-1 on the season. This is their fourth straight win after suffering a setback to the Purdue Boilermakers in late October.

Ohio State will face the Northwestern Wildcats next Saturday in the Big Ten Conference Championship game. Regardless of how this game goes, the Big Ten Conference may not receive a bid into the College Football Playoff now.

The Wolverines fell to 10-2. This loss snapped a 10-game win streak for Michigan.

This was their first loss since their season-opener. They lost 24-17 to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is now 0-4 against Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer.

Buckeyes quarterback Dwayne Haskins went 19 of 30 for 318 passing yards. He also had five touchdowns.

Mike Weber had 13 carries for 96 yards and a touchdown. Parris Campbell also had a 78 yard rushing touchdown. J.K. Dobbins had 12 carries for 46 yards. Haskins had seven carries for 34 yards.

Campbell has five receptions for 114 yards and a touchdown. Hill had four receptions for 51 yards and a touchdown. Chris Olave had two receptions for 48 yards and two touchdowns. Demario McCall had two receptions for 44 yards. Johnnie Dixon had a 31-yard touchdown reception.

Wolverines quarterback Shea Patterson went 20 of 34 for 187 yards. He also had three touchdowns and one interception.

Joe Milton went 2 of 3 for 45 yards. He also had a touchdown.

Karan Higdon had 15 carries for 72 yards. Chris Evans had eight carries for 33 yards. Tru Wilson had seven carries for 32 yards. Ben Mason had three carries for seven yards and a touchdown. Milton had a four-yard rushing touchdown.

Nico Collins had four receptions for 91 yards and two touchdowns. Donovan Peoples-Jones had seven receptions for 64 yards. Chris Evans had three receptions for 25 yards and a touchdown.

Ohio State scored 38 points in the second half. Sevyn Banks returned a blocked punt for a 33-yard touchdown. Weber scored on a two-yard rushing touchdown.

Campbell scored on a 78-yard rushing touchdown. Haskins hit Hill for a one-yard touchdown reception.

Haskins hit Campbell for a 16-yard touchdown reception. Blake Haubell scored on a 19-yard field goal.

Michigan scored 20 points in the second half. Patterson hit Collins for a 12-yard touchdown reception. Following this touchdown, the two-point pass conversion failed.

Mason scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Milton also scored on a four-yard rushing touchdown.

The Buckeyes led 24-19 at halftime. Haskins hit Olave for a 24-yard touchdown reception. Haskins hit Olave again for another 24-yard touchdown reception.

Haskins also hit Dixon for a 31-yard touchdown reception. Haubell also made a 19-yard field goal.

Wolverines’ Patterson hit Collins for a 23-yard touchdown reception. Patterson also hit Evans for a nine-yard touchdown reception. Following this touchdown, the two-point conversion failed.

Jake Moody also made two field goals.
