Kyle Korver has gotten his wish. He has been traded away from the struggling Cleveland Cavaliers.
Cleveland traded Korver to the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night. In exchange, the Jazz are moving Alec Burks and two second-round draft picks.
This will be the second-time in his career that he has been a member of the Utah Jazz.
Korver has been trying to get moved since the summer time. He reportedly had a “promise” deal in place with general manager Koby Altman that he reportedly went again.
The “promise” deal was that Korver would be traded or bought out if LeBron James left in the summer time. James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers in July.
Korver stayed with the team until now. He wanted to be traded in the summer time or bought out so he had enough time prior to the season to get his family situated in his new city.
