FootballScoop said that Tucker would be named the Buffaloes head coach following the Southeastern Conference Championship game. The Bulldogs face the Alabama Crimson Tide in the game.

This statement doesn’t say that Tucker will not be offered the job. It just says the school may way until next week to name him the next head coach.
