Carson scores 2 TDs, Seahawks give Chiefs second straight loss

The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football. The Seahawks won 38-31 over the Chiefs at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington.

The Seahawks improved to 9-6 on the season. They are 5-2 at home this season.

Seattle got back on track with the win after suffering a 26-23 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in their previous contest.

The Seahawks also clinched a playoff berth with the team. They began the season 0-2 before going 9-4 over the course of the rest of the season.

The Chiefs fell to 11-4. They fell to 5-3 on the road.

Kansas City has now lost their last two games. Before Sunday Night’s game, they also lost to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson went 18 of 29 for 271 yards. He also had three touchdowns.

Chris Carson had 27 carries for 116 yards and two touchdowns. Wilson also had eight carries for 57 yards.

Doug Baldwin had seven receptions for 126 yards and a touchdown. Tyler Lockett had four receptions for 99 yards. Ed Dickson had three receptions for 19 yards and a touchdown. Nick Vannett had two receptions for 11 yards and a touchdown.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes II went 23 of 40 for 273 yards. He also had three touchdowns.

Damien Williams had 13 carries for 103 yards. Mahomes also had three carries for 33 yards.

Tyreek Hill had four receptions for 74 yards. Chris Conley had three receptions for 54 yards. Travis Kelce had five receptions for 54 yards. Charcandrick West had two receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown.

Williams also had seven receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown. Demarcus Robinson had two receptions for 17 yards and a touchdown.

Seattle scored 24 points in the second half. Wilson hit Baldwin for a 27-yard touchdown reception. Wilson also hit Dickson for a two-yard touchdown reception.

Carson also scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Sebastian Janikowski also made a 28-yard field goal.

Kansas City scored 21 points in the second half. Mahomes hit West for a 25-yard touchdown reception. Mahomes also hit Robinson for an 11-yard touchdown reception. Following this touchdown, Mahomes scored on a two-point conversion.

Harrison Butker also mare two field goals.

The Seahawks lead 14-10 at halftime. Wilson hit Vannett for a one-yard touchdown reception. Carson also scored on a four-yard rushing touchdown.

Chiefs’ Mahomes II hit Williams for a two-yard touchdown reception. Butker also made a 54-yard field goal.
