The Philadelphia Eagles face the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon. The two teams will clash at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois at 4:40 pm on NBC.

The Eagles have a 9-7 record. They have a 4-4 record on the road.

The Bears are 12-4 this season. They are 7-1 at home.

The Eagles have a 22-21 playoff record, including one Super Bowl Championship. This is their second straight year in the playoffs, as they defeated the Patriots in the Super Bowl in the conclusion of last season.

Philadelphia has not lost in the playoffs since the 2013 season, as they were defeated in the Wild Card Round to the New Orleans Saints.

The Bears have a 17-18 all-time record in the playoffs, including one Super Bowl Championship. This is their first appearance since the 2010 season when they lost in the NFC Conference Championship game to the Green Bay Packers.

Chicago has won their last four games. Their last loss came in a 30-27 loss to the New York Giants on December 2nd.

Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz has gone 279 of 401 for 3,074 yards. He also had 21 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Backup Nick Foles will receive the start with Wentz sidelined with an injury. Foles has gone 141 of 195 for 1,413 yards. He also had seven touchdowns and four interceptions.

Josh Adams leads the Eagles backs with 120 carries for 511 yards and three touchdowns. Zach Ertz leads the Eagles receivers with 116 receptions for 1,163 yards and eight touchdowns.

According to their injury report, the Eagles will be without three players. Wide receiver Mike Wallace, cornerback Sidney Jones, and linebacker D.J. Alexander are expected to miss the game.

Defensive end Michael Bennett and cornerback Avonte Maddox are Questionable.

Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky has gone 289 of 434 for 3,223 yards. He also had 24 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

Jordan Howard leads the Bears backs with 250 carries for 935 yards and nine touchdowns. Allen Robinson leads the Bears receivers with 55 receptions for 754 yards and four touchdowns.

According to their injury report, the Bears have four players listed as Questionable. The four players are Defensive Tackle Bilal Nichols, Safety Eddie Jackson, Safety DeAndre Houston-Carson, and Tight End Trey Burton.

Linebacker Aaron Lynch is listed as Doubtful.
