2019 Hotshots vs. Stallions Week 3 preview

The Arizona Hotshots kick off the Alliance of American Football Week 3 action against the Salt Lake Stallions. This is the Stallions first home game of the 2019 season at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The game will kick off at 3 pm EST, 1 pm local time. This game will also be the first on B/R Live, which is Bleacher Report Live.

B/R Live will allow you to view five minutes of the game on them. However, there is a $9.99 subscription to watch the entire contest.

The Stallions are looking for their first win in the AAF. Presently, they are 0-2 on the season. 

They have lost both games by a combined 19 points. Their lost by three points in Week 2 to the Birmingham Iron. 

The Hotshots bring a 2-0 record into the content. This is their second straight road game, as they won 20-18 over the Memphis Express in Week 2. 

This is also a rematch from Week 1 when the Hotshots defeated the Stallions, 38-22, in Tempe, Arizona. 

Hotshots quarterback John Wolford is third in the league in passing. He has gone 32 of 51 for 469 yards with six touchdowns and two interceptions. 

Jhurell Pressley is also third in the league with 30 carries for 121 yards. Express running back Zac Stacy and San Diego Fleet running back Ja’Quan Gardner leads the league with 159 yards. 

Rashad Ross is second in the league with nine receptions for 170 yards and three touchdowns. Orlando Apollos wide receiver Charles Johnson leads the league with 11 receptions for 252 yards and a touchdown. 

The Stallions have used three quarterback this season. Austin Allen leads the team, as he went 15 of 31 for 114 yards.

Joel Bouagnon is fifth with 27 carries for 109 yards. He also had one touchdown. 

Anthony Denham is the 16th-leading receiver in the league. He has six receptions for 70 yards.
