One month ago, the New England Patriots won the Super Bowl. They defeated the Los Angeles Rams, 13-3, in Super Bowl LIII at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

This was the sixth Super Bowl Championship in the Bill Belichick/Tom Brady era. Two of their Super Bowl wins have come against the Rams franchise.

The Patriots ended the season with a 14-5 record. They outscored teams in the playoffs, 91-62.

Brady, the Patriots legendary quarterback, went 11-5 in the regular season. He went 375 of 570 for 4,355 passing yards. He also had 29 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

Rookie Sony Michel had 209 carries for 931 yards and six touchdowns. James White had 94 carries for 425 yards and five touchdowns.

James Develin added four touchdowns. Brady added two touchdowns, while Cordarrelle Patterson had a touchdown.

Julian Edelman led the team in receiving yards with 850 yards on 74 receptions and six touchdowns. White had 87 receptions for 751 yards and seven touchdowns. Josh Gordon — who was acquired by the Patriots in a trade with the Cleveland Browns before his suspension — had 40 receptions for 720 yards and three touchdowns.

Rob Gronkowski — who may have played his final season with the team — had 47 receptions for 682 yards and three touchdowns. Chris Hogan, Philip Dorsett, Patterson also had three touchdowns reach.

Rex Burkhead scored the other Patriots receiving touchdown.

The Patriots defensive unit was led by linebacker Kyle Van Noy, who led the team with 92 tackles, including five tackles for a loss and 10 quarterback hits. He also had 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, an interception, and two pass deflections.

Trey Flowers — who could leave the team in free agency — led the team with 7.5 sacks on the season. Deatrich Wise and Flowers had 12 of the team’s 30 sacks on the season.

Van Noy and Adam Butler were the other Patriots, who had more than 3.0 sacks on the season. Van Noy had 3.5 sacks, while Butler had 3.0 sacks.

Stephen Gostkowski — who is a free agent — went 27 of 32 in field goal attempts. He also went 49 of 50 in extra points during the regular season.

Punter Ryan Allen averaged 45.1 yards per punt on his 64 attempts.

The Patriots had one return touchdown. Patterson had a touchdown during his 23 returns for 663 yards on the season.
