White Alligator Racing’s Karen Stoffer is the provisional No. 1 qualifier on Friday in Concord, North Carolina. The Minden, Nevada native went 6.864 at 195.17 mph at the 10th annual NGK Spark Plugs NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at zMAX Dragway.
The Stoffer Enterprises Suzuki rider will attempt to receive her first No. 1 qualifier since Atlanta 2015. If she does get the No. 1 qualifier on Saturday, it’ll be her first at zMAX Dragway.

Behind Stoffer is fellow female competitor Angie Smith, who is the provisional No. 2 qualifier. The King, North Carolina rider went 6.867 at 196.13 mph.
Screamin’ Eagle Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson rider Eddie Krawiec is the provisional No. 3 qualifier. The Avon, Indiana native went 6.894 at 196.02 mph.
Kelly Clontz — who is receiving assistance from reigning PSM champion Matt Smith — is the provisional No. 4 qualifier. The Hughesville, Maryland native went 6.902 at 193.02 mph.
Reed Motorsports rider Cory Reed is the provisional No. 5 qualifier. The Lithia, Florida native went 6.931 at 192.55 mph.
