Billy Torrence returns to the location of his first career Top Fuel win. The Kilgore, Texas native went 3.756 at 329.99 mph.

Torrence defeated Antron Brown in the final round. The Pittsboro, Indiana native went 3.751 at 329.10 mph.

Both older Torrence and Brown will be competing this season. Reigning Top Fuel Champion Steve Torrence will also be there with his father.

Brown’s Don Schumacher Racing teammate Leah Pritchett will also be competing at this event.

John Force Racing dynamic duo Brittany Force and Austin Prock will be there. This will be Prock’s first win since winning the Magic Dry Organic Absorbent NHRA Northwest Nationals at Pacific Raceways in Kent, Washington.

Kalitta Motorsports two pilots Doug Kalitta and Richie Crampton will also be competing this weekend. Parts Plus/Laris Motorsports Insurance pilot Clay Millican — who went to two final rounds during the historic Western Swing — will also be there.

Full-time competitor Mike Salinas will also be on the property in his Scrappers Racing Dragster. Fellow full-time competitor Scott Palmer will also be there in his Magic Dry/Marck Recycling Dragster.

Long-time competitor Terry McMillen will also be there with his Amalie Motor Oil Xtermigator Dragster.

There will be 19 Top Fuel Dragsters on the property. After qualifying on Saturday, three will be sent home, as 16 will make eliminations.

Other Top Fuel Dragsters on the property include Chris Karamesines, Kyle Wurtzel, Luigi Novelli, Terry Totten, Steven Chrisman, Cameron Ferré, and Lex Joon.

Kalitta is the active driver with the most wins at this facility. He previously won in 2003 and 2005.

Joe Amato has the most wins all-time. He has won six times at The Zoo in 1992, 1990, 1989, 1988, 1984, and 1983.
