The Golden State Warriors are already expected to be without one member of the Splash Brothers for the 2019-20 season. Klay Thompson suffered a torn ACL in the NBA Finals in June.
Now, the other member of the Splash Brothers is going to miss significant time. Stephen Curry suffered a broken left hand on Wednesday night against the Phoenix Suns.

Curry was injured on a hard fall to the ground. He was injured with 8:31 left in the third quarter when he went to the rim.
He hit Suns center Aron Baynes and both men fell to the ground. Baynes fell on Curry’s top hand,.
According to ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne, Curry suffered a fracture in his second metacarpal. That is the bone in the hand below the index finger, the report said.
The Warriors said that Curry will have surgery after an MRI and CT Scan confirmed the injury. His timetable to return is uncertain at this time.
The Suns won 121-110 against the Warriors in the game. But the Warriors are going to be a disaster without Curry in the lineup.
Golden State is 1-3 on the season. And this season will likely mean the first season they miss the playoffs in a very long time.
Curry had nine points in 21 minutes before his injury. He also had five rebounds, six assists, one steal, and two blocks before breaking his hand.
