San Francisco 49ers have gone halfway through the season without a loss. They are the only NFC team without a loss.
The 49ers defeated the Arizona Cardinals, 28-25, on Thursday night at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. There were 60,986 fans in attendance.
With the win, San Francisco is 8-0 on the season. They are also now 5-0 on the road this season.
The loss dropped the Cardinals to 3-5-1. In addition, they have fallen to 1-3-1 at home this season.
49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo went 28 of 37 for 317 yards. He also threw a four touchdown passes.
Matt Breida had 15 carries for 78 yards. Tevin Coleman had 12 carries for 23 yards.
Emmanuel Sanders had seven receptions for 112 yards and one touchdown. George Kettle had six receptions for 79 yards and a touchdown. Deebo Samuel also had four receptions for 40 yards.
Dante Pettis also had a 21-yard touchdown reception. Kendrick Bourne also had a seven-yard touchdown reception.
Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray went 17 of 24 for 241 yards. He also threw two touchdown passes.
Kenyan Drake — who was acquired by the Cardinals earlier in the week — had 15 carries for 110 yards and a touchdown.
Andy Isabella had an 88-yard touchdown reception. Drake had four receptions for 52 yards. Larry Fitzgerald had four receptions for 38 yards.
KeeSean Johnson had two receptions for 22 yards and a touchdown.
The Cardinals scored 18 points in the second half. Murray hit Johnson for a nine-yard touchdown reception. Murray hit Isabella for an 88-yard touchdown reception.
Zane Gonzalez made a 36-yard field goal.
The 49ers scored seven points in the second half. Garoppolo hit Pettis for a 21-yard touchdown reception.
San Francisco led 21-7 at halftime. Garoppolo hit Sanders for a one-yard touchdown reception. Garoppolo also hit Bourne for a seven-yard touchdown reception.
Garoppolo hit Kettle for a 30-yard touchdown reception.
Drake scored on a four-yard rushing touchdown.
