That led to Street Outlaws New Orleans after Kye Kelley’s success against Big Chief. That New Orleans series did not last.

Street Outlaws Memphis was then born, before Street Outlaws No Prep Kings. This Street Outlaws: Fastest in America will feature drivers in teams from several states.

Those states include South Carolina, St. Louis, Kentucky, Mississippi, Detroit, New Orleans, Texas, Memphis, and the Northeast. One group missing is the 405 crew.

The reason why they are not taking part is that Discovery ordered 50-plus shows of the OG Street Outlaws show with the Oklahoma City crew. JJ DaBoss will be the race master of the show.

It’s not clear at this time if this show will replace or be a spin-off of the Street Outlaws Memphis show. There will be a $100,000 prize on the line in the new show.

Discovery Channel said It is the highest payout in street racing history. The drivers will have to also work as a team, but also figure out the street and the surface that they are racing on.

Discovery Channel is already revealing that drivers will get under each other’s skin — and trying to get an advantage.

“Fancy cars don’t mean anything,” JJ DaBoss said. “You need to keep your head together in the street.”
