The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football. The Seahawks won 37-30 over the Vikings at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington.
With the win, the Seahawks improved to 10-2 on the season. The Vikings fell to 8-4 with the loss.
The loss also snapped Minnesota’s two-game win streak. Seattle has now won five straight with the win.
Russell Wilson has now improved to 9-2 in his career on Monday Night Football. He has the highest quarterback win percentage in the history of MNF.
His 9-2 record is a .818 win percentage. It is better than Randall Cunningham’s 8-2 record in his career.
Kirk Cousins, who was his quarterback counterpart, is now 0-8 on Monday Night Football. It is the most losses by a quarterback to begin his career on Monday Night Football.
Wilson went 21 of 31 for 240 yards. He also threw two touchdowns and had an interception.
Chris Carson had 23 carries for 102 yards and a touchdown. D.K. Metcalf had six receptions for 75 yards.
Cousins went 22 of 38 for 276 yards. He had two touchdown passes and an interception.
Dalvin Cook had nine carries for 29 yards and a touchdown. Laquon Treadwell had a 58-yard touchdown reception.
Seahawks outscored the Vikings 27-13 in the second half. Rashaad Penny scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Wilson also hit David Moore for a 60-yard touchdown reception.
Wilson also hit Penny for a 13-yard touchdown reception. Jason Myers made two field goals.
Myers made a 29-yard field goal in the third quarter. He also made a 36-yard field goal in the fourth quarter.
Vikings’ Cousins hit Treadwell for a 58-yard touchdown reception. Cousins hit Kyle Rudolph for a three-yard touchdown reception.
Following the Rudolph, Dan Bailey’s extra point was no good.
Minnesota led 17-10 at halftime. Anthony Harris scored on a 20-yard interception return for a touchdown.
Cook also scored on a two-yard rushing touchdown. Bailey also made a 47-yard field goal.
Seahawks’ Carson scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Myers also made a 29-yard field goal.
