The Packers defeated the Seahawks, 28-23, on Sunday night at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.The Packers will now face the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game on Jan. 19th. The two teams will do battle at 6:40 pm EST. The winner of the contest will face either the Tennessee Titans or the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers went 16 of 27 for 243 yards. He also threw two touchdown passes. Aaron Jones had 21 carries for 62 yards and two touchdowns. Davante Adams had eight receptions for 160 yards and two touchdowns. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson went 21 of 31 for 277 yards. He threw one touchdown pass. Wilson had seven carries for 64 yards. Tyler Lockett had nine receptions for 136 yards and one touchdown. Seattle outscored Green Bay 20-7 in the second half. Marshawn Lynch scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Following the score, the two-point conversion attempt failed. Wilson hit Lockett for a seven-yard touchdown reception. Lynch also scored on a second one-yard rushing touchdown. Packers’ Rodgers hit Adams for a 40-yard touchdown reception. Green Bay led 21-3 at halftime. Rodgers hit Adams for a 20-yard touchown reception. Jones also scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown. Jones also scored on a second one-yard rushing touchdwn.
