The Super Bowl is the biggest sporting event of the year. But for one fan, they wanted to live it on the field.
During the first half between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs, a woman tried to sneak onto the field. She was caught before reaching the field.
The woman in question struggled with the security guards. While she was struggling with them, an Associated Press photographer caught the incident through his lens.
Eventually, the woman — who is only described as a white woman — was removed from the field.
We are not aware if this is a publicly stunt to protest or she did this on her own free-will. Normally, when people go onto the field, they get arrested.
Also, the woman — who may not live in the Miami area — may also receive a ban for at least a year from the facility for her actions. When people have run onto the field at events, they also receive a ban from that team for a length of time.
