Shannon Poole involved in blow over at Gulfport Dragway

Shannon Poole was involved in a violent blow over on Sunday at Gulfport Dragway in Gulfport, Mississippi. He was taking part in the Fat Tuesday Mardi Gras Blowout event at the track.

Poole — who has appeared on Street Outlaws New Orleans — was competing against another competitor when the incident happened. The incident happened near the finish line, it appeared.

His car went airborne and likely came down on its nose, which may have caused the fire. According to the social media video, it appeared that the car may have rolled as well.

The fireball was short-lived and there was thick black smoke billowing in the air from the incident.

He was transported to a local hospital for an evaluation. Poole — who also competes in All Out Live — was reportedly awake when he was transported to the hospital.
