Report: three F1 personnel may have coronavirus

According to a report by Motorsport, several Formula 1 personnel members are now in isolation. They are going through tests to see if they have or do not have the coronavirus..

The report did not mention who the personnel members are.

This would be a worse-case scenario for F1, as the teams in the paddock are close with one another. Also, a lot of fans attend these races.

The report said that one member is a part of the McLaren team. The other two members are from Team Haas..

These individuals have had swab tests down to see if they have contracted the deadly disease. These individuals may not know the results for several hours, the report said.

These three individuals are at their respective hotels. They cannot have any interactions with others until it is confirmed they have the disease, also known as COVID-19 or they do not have it.

At this time, it’s not clear if this will cause any ramifications with F1 or the Australian Grand Prix. At this present time, the plan is for the race to go on as scheduled.
