The Tennessee Titans added some depth to their offensive line on Wednesday when the team signed Ty Sambrailo. He has signed a one-year deal for the 2020 season.
He previously played for the Atlanta Falcons and the Denver Broncos. During his career, he has appeared in 57 NFL games, including 13 starts.

Sambrailo has only played an entire season once in his career during the 2018 season. He has also started four games twice in a season.
He started four games for the Broncos during the 2016 season. In addition, he started four games for the Falcons in 2018.
The veteran lineman is expected to be a depth big man to play primarily at tackle. While the Titans expect him to be a tackle, he is versatile and has previously played at guard.
Sambrailo’s signing comes after the Titans re-signed Dennis Kelly, who is expected to be the team’s right tackle. Kelly would start opposite of star left tackle Taylor Lewan.
Jack Conklin – who was the Titans’ right tackle for the 2019 season – has agreed to a free agent contract with the Cleveland Browns. Last season with the Falcons, he caught a touchdown reception.
In fact, it was one of the longest for an offensive lineman in NFL history. Sambrailo caught a 35-yard touchdown reception against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The touchdown set some NFL records on the play. According to Pro Football Reference, it was the longest touchdown reception by an offensive lineman since 1950.
The previous record holder was Hall of Famer Lou Groza, who caught a 23-yard touchdown reception in 1950. When Sambrailo scored the touchdown, he reportedly became the heaviest player in NFL history to score a touchdown, according to the FOX Sports broadcasters.
