Wrestler Alberto Del Rio was recently arrested in San Antonio, Texas on some serious charges. He allegedly sexually assaulted a woman earlier this month.
According to News4SA.com, Del Rio — whose real name is José Alberto Rodríguez Chucuan — allegedly became furious with the victim in this case. During the alleged incident, he reportedly caused injuries to her body.

The incident reportedly happened on May 3 at 10:00 pm local time. The woman in question told the authorities that he allegedly slapped her across the head.
During her May 4th police report, she claimed that he also slapped her across her head again when she asked him ‘what he was doing.’
The alleged victim said to the authorities they both walked downstairs. At some point before or after that, he “forced her to wear a dress and dance for him,” according to the story.
She also said that she did not want to dance for him. He also allegedly told her not to cry.
Had she cried, he claimed — at least according to the police report — that he would take her son from her. And he would allegedly “drop him in the middle of the road somewhere.”
She also claimed in the police affidavit that she was sexually assaulted by the wrestler. The authorities photographed her injuries to potentially use against Rodríguez in a future trial.
