According to TMZ, “Platinum” Mike Perry assaulted a person at the Table 82 restaurant in Lubbock, Texas. The incident happened at approx. 10:30 pm on Tuesday night.

The gossip website claims that Perry punched an employee before the video circulating online was started. They claim that he was drinking Berry Mojitos and then was asked to leave.

The site then says that he got aggressive and punched an employee. This individual — who has not been identified as a man or woman — did suffer injuries.

The UFC fighter was then seen in the video that is circulating online walking out of the establishment. He gave a woman — who appears to be his girlfriend, who cornered his fight on June 27th in a win over Mickey Gall.

As Perry was leaving the restaurant, Perry said several racial slurs. However, it does not appear that they were directed at anyone.

TMZ says that Perry is “known to use the word in his daily conversations.”

Things escalated once the two got outside of the establishment. Perry was heckled by an older guy, who reportedly said “touch her again motherf*cker.”

Another guy was saying something when Perry punches the older guy. TMZ says that he was transported to a local hospital with injuries.

This older individual — at least according to the video — appears to shove Perry before he gets punched to the ground.

Perry was not charged in the incident at this time. Also, he allegedly did not pay his bill that night, and TMZ says that that management at the restaurant is considering a theft charge, as well.

“Pending the criminal investigation, we prefer not to comment further because one of the victims was an employee of our company who had asked Mr. Perry to leave,” Table 82 said in a statement to TMZ.

After being punched, the old man hit his head on the concrete, according to witnesses. He spoke with the authorities but said he was experiencing memory loss and does not remember the incident.

He also allegedly hit a friend of his girlfriend at his table before the major incident occurred, where he knocked out the older guy.

During the incident in question, he allegedly struck three people.
