Edge wins second Royal Rumble match at Tropicana Field

The latest edition of the Royal Rumble took place on Sunday night at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. This was the 34th edition of the Royal Rumble.

Drew McIntyre began the show with a win over the returning Goldberg. McIntyre retained his WWE Championship with the win.

Then, Sasha Banks defeated Carmella via submission. Banks was able to retain her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship with the win.

Bianca Belair won the 30-woman Royal Rumble match. She received a title shot at WrestleMania 37.

Belair was the third entrant into the rumble. She was able to eliminate Rhea Ripley for the win.

Roman Reigns defeated Kevin Owens in a Last Man Standing Match. Reigns retained his WWE Universal Championship with the win.

In the finale, Edge won the 30-man Royal Rumble. He has received a WrestleMania 37 title shot.

Edge was the first person to come out in the match. The draw saw the first two people (Edge and Randy Orton) make it through the end.

Edge eliminated Orton for the win. Edge also won the 2010 Royal Rumble.

It was exactly 11 years to the day that Edge won his first Royal Rumble.
