A young girl — who has been identified as five-year-old Ariel Young — has been seriously injured in the crash. Reports say that she is dealing with a serious brain injury.

“Our focus remains on Ariel Young and her family,” the team said in a statement. “We have reached out to the family to offer our support and resources to them during this difficult time, and we will continue to pray for her recovery.”

The authorities are awaiting Reid’s blood tests to confirm his alcohol levels at the time of the crash. He admitted that he was drinking before the accident.

Also, he admitted to having Adderall in his system.

Reid did not coach with the Chiefs on Sunday night in the Super Bowl. Head coach Andy Reid – Reid’s father – claimed that the accident did not impact the team’s game plan after their 31-9 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
