Rashard Higgins would like to re-sign with the Browns

By Anthony Caruso III | Publisher

The Cleveland Browns are going to have to make some tough decisions this off-season. The team will have to decide on soon-to-be free-agent Rashard Higgins.

While the team has not decided on his future, he would like to remain with the team. At this time, he says that he has not received an offer from the team.

If the Browns elect to keep Odell Beckham Jr. — who has been mentioned in potential moves since the Super Bowl, as the team has to decide on his future, as well — and Jarvis Landry, Higgins would have a reduced role with the Browns next season. Without Beckham Jr. this season due to a season-ending injury, he received good options in Kevin Stefanski’s offensive attack.

This past season, Higgins appeared in 13 games, including six starts. He had 37 receptions for 599 yards and four touchdowns on the season.

In only one game, he had over 100 receiving yards. That one game came on October 25th, 2020, when he had six receptions for 110 yards.

Higgins has not had more than 599 receiving yards in a season. This past season, he had a career-high 599 yards.
