Teams around the country have lost millions — and sometimes billions in the four major sports — in lost revenue due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Seattle Seahawks are trying something new to recoup their money lost.
The Seahawks have placed an indoor dining space on the field at Lumen Field. This is being called “Field to Table.”
There will be a hefty amount of money you will have to pay if you decide to go. It’s $100.
However, beverages, taxes, and service charges are not included in the $100.
People interested in this service receive a four-course meal. Also, they get to walk through the Seahawks tunnel and a seat in an open-seated tent.
Original dates for this opportunity sold out quickly. However, more dates have been made available.
This unique experience will only be around for a limited time. This event is scheduled to run through March.
Each night this is being offered, it can sit up to 100 people.
With the success of this experience, additional teams may consider it moving forward.
