Wrestling Inc. says, according to the police report, that Atlas allegedly called his partner to pick him up. He had been drinking at the “Big Daddy’s Roadhouse” the prior night.

Once his partner showed up, the police report claims that Atlas encouraged his partner to stay at the bar. For some time, the two stayed at the bar until Atlas had the urge to have a threesome.

Atlas then got angry when he saw that his partner was giving their attention to someone else. There was a verbal argument after that.

The professional wrestler, who previously spent time with the World Wrestling Entertainment, became ‘aggressive’ and ‘charged at the victim.’ A witness then told Atlas to ‘sleep it off,’ as he was drunk.

Once back at the apartment, his partner then left, which caused Atlas to follow, according to the police report. Atlas then berated the partner when he attempted to leave.

This caused a physical attack. Atlas caused a scratch on his partner’s forearm and a ripped tank top.
