Lee scores 30 as Tigers beat Huskies 80-66

Princeton, NJ — The Princeton Tigers men’s basketball team defeated the Northeastern Huskies. The Tigers won 80-66 over the Huskies at Jadwin Gymnasium.

With the win, the Tigers improved to 6-0. The Huskies fell to 3-4 overall.

The game was tied five times. And there were eight lead changes.

Xaivian Lee led the Tigers with 30 points. He went 11 of 21 from the field, including 3 of 5 from three-point range. He was also 5 of 5 from the free-throw line.

Lee was one of two starters, who scored in double figures. Matt Allocco had 18 points.

The Tigers had 12 bench points. Jack Scott led the reserves with six points.

Joe Pridgen led the Huskies starters with 13 points. He went 5 of 10 from the field, including 1 of 3 from three-point range. He also went 2 of 2 from the free throw line.

He also had four rebounds, three assists, and one steal.

Pridgen was one of two starters, who scored in double digits. Jared Turner also scored 12 points.

The Huskies had 25 bench points. Harold Woods led the bench with 21 points.
