There was an incident at Speedway 95 on Sunday. With cars on the track in Hermon, Maine, a track worker went onto the hot track.
According to a video shared by Ashley Bell, the track worker made contact with the race car as he was attempting to make it to the infield. He was not able to make it before being hit.

The worker has a broken leg. It looked like a vicious hit, as the worker appeared to have whiplash, too.

“Employee at Speedway 95 got hit by Delaney Dunn today,” Bell said in a Facebook post. “😬 he’s at the hospital with at least a broken leg. Praying for a speedy recovery 🙏🏼”
At press time, we do not have the identity of the worker. Or if he has any other injuries.
Craig Holm said that he would not take his car there anymore. According to a Flyer shared by Holm, there were Late Models, Street Stocks, Sport 4’s, and Cage Runners.

“Well after that, I probably won’t bring my cars back to Speedway 95,” he wrote in a Facebook post. “#37 You have been racing (for) at least 2 years If you can’t make the first corner not even at full speed yet maybe you should move to the back for every race, better yet find a new hobby.
“You have cost me a lot of money in under 5 seconds close to $2000 for you to practice driving around 4 seconds slower than people who are trying to compete.”
