The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Cleveland Browns. The Eagles won 20-16 over the Browns at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
With the win, the Eagles improved to 3-2 on the season. The Browns fell to 1-5 with the loss.
The Eagles now lead the all-time series 32-18-1. This was their first meeting in almost four years.

The Browns won 22-17 over the Eagles on November 22nd, 2020. This win snapped a five-game losing streak, dating back to 2000.
Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went 16 of 25 for 264 yards. He had two touchdown passes.
Saquon Barkley had 18 carries for 47 yards. A.J. Brown had six receptions for 116 yards and one touchdown.
Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson went 16 of 23 for 168 yards.
Pierre Strong Jr. had eight carries for 43 yards. Amari Cooper had four receptions for 42 yards.
The Eagles outscored the Browns 10-6 in the second half. Hurts hit DeVonta Smith for a 45-yard touchdown reception. Jake Elliott also made a 44-yard field goal.
Browns’ Dustin Hopkins made two field goals. He first made a 49-yard field goal. Then, he made a 31-yard field goal.

The game was tied at 10 at halftime. The Browns defense blocked an Elliott field goal. Rodney McLeod Jr. — a former Eagles player — then returned it for a 50-yard return.
Hopkins also made a 43-yard field goal.
Eagles’ Hurts hit A.J. Brown for a 22-yard touchdown reception. Elliott also made a 49-yard field goal.
