Eagles beat down Giants in Barkley’s return to MetLife Stadium

The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the New York Giants in a blowout. The Eagles won 28-3 over the Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

With the win, the Eagles improved to 4-2 overall. The Giants fell to 2-5.

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts went 10 of 14 for 114 yards. He had one touchdown pass.

Saquon Barkley had 17 carries for 176 yards and one touchdown in his return to MetLife Stadium as an enemy now. A.J. Brown had five receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown.

Giants quarterback Daniel Jones went 14 of 21 for 99 yards.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. had six carries for 23 yards. Malik Nabers had four receptions for 41 yards.

The Eagles outscored the Giants 14-0 in the second half. Hurts scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter.

He also scored on a one-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Philadelphia led 14-3 at halftime. Hurts hit Brown for a 41-yard touchdown reception. Barkley also scored on a three-yard rushing touchdown.

Giants kicker Greg Joseph made a 38-yard field goal.
