Nevada bettor bets $50,000 on the Yankees to win the WS

According to Caesar’s Sportsbook Casino, an unnamed Nevada sports bettor has bet on the New York Yankees to win the World Series. This individual placed a $50,000 bet on the pinstripes to win the Fall Classic.

The potential payout if things go in this person’s favor includes a $105,000 payout. At press time, the Yankees are plus +110.

The Yankees begin the World Series on the road on Friday night. The first pitch of the first game of the series is about to be thrown, with an 8:08 pm EST start.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are hosting the first two games of the series. They will host on Friday and Saturday nights.

Following the game set at Dodger Stadium, the Yankees will host the next three games. They will host those games at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

After a day off and if necessary, the 2024 edition of the Fall Classic will conclude at Dodger Stadium. These games will be played in November on Friday and Saturday night.

The Yankees, who were established in 1903, currently has 27 World Series Championships. They are looking for their 28th pennant.

Their last World Series came during the 2009 season.

The Dodgers have been around much longer, as the franchise dates back to 1883. The team has seven World Series pennants.

Yet, they’re looking for eight World Series championship. Their last came during the 2020 season.
